Blank Rome partner Sean R. Weissbart and associate Kyle G. Durante will serve as speakers for the 49th Annual Notre Dame Tax & Estate Planning Institute, being held September 20 through 22, 2023, in South Bend, Indiana.
ABOUT THE INSTITUTE
The Institute offers topics that cover both transfer tax savings and practical topics, relevant for a broad range of clients, even for clients who are not exposed to the estate tax. By allocating 60 minutes to each session, the speakers will be able to provide a brief review of the fundamental principles and factual background a topic will be using.
Sean and Kyle’s session, “Love, Marriage, Dissolution, and Estate Planning: The Interplay Between Matrimonial Law and Taxation,” will take place Friday, September 22, from 9:10 to 10:10 a.m.
