Blank Rome Partners Mike Margolis and Matthew J. Thomas will speak at “U.S. Export Control and Economic Sanctions,” a joint lecture organized by DHH Law Firm and Blank Rome LLP, taking place Friday, June 18, 2021.
The program will provide an expert briefing, panel discussion, and Q&A on U.S. export control and economic sanctions, how Chinese and U.S. lawyers assist Chinese companies in facing U.S. export controls and sanctions, and how Chinese law provide for anti-sanctions and controls (such as Blocking Rules).
Mike will present “Overview of Relevant U.S. Export and Import Controls and Economic Sanctions” and Matt’s session, “In-Depth Discussion Regarding Selected Aspects of U.S. Export and Import Controls and Sanction Policies (Entity List Defensive Strategies, Etc.)” will follow later in the day.
