Blank Rome Partner Lisa M. Campisi will be a panel presenter at the American Bar Association (“ABA”) Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (“TIPS”) 26th Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Midyear Conference on Thursday, February 22, 2018, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ.

Lisa’s panel, “Emerging Trends and New Challenges in the D&O and Professional Liability Worlds,” will explore the emerging trends and new challenges in the D&O and Professional Liability space, including changing market conditions, the increasing prevalence and severity of certain types of claims, and evolving claims management issues.

The Conference will take place Thursday, February 22 through Saturday, February 24. The kick-off panel will discuss Managing the Catastrophic/Complex Case. Other panels will cover the impact of politics on the insurance industry, international ADR, recent coverage decisions, the resurgence of pollution exclusion issues, employment practices coverage and claim trends, and more. In addition, there will be break-out toolbox sessions on Friday covering ten topics of importance to coverage practitioners.
