Diversity: An Inclusive Culture or Window Dressing?
Blank Rome Partner Sophia Lee will serve as a panelist for the upcoming program, “Diversity: An Inclusive Culture or Window Dressing?” being held on Thursday, September 13, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m., at Blank Rome’s Philadelphia office.
This program is hosted by the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of Ascend, the largest nonprofit Pan-Asian organization for business professionals in North America, and co-sponsored by Blank Rome and Ernst & Young.
Moderators Kapish Vanvaria, senior manager at Ernst & Young, and Peter Lav, senior director of cable compliance at Comcast, will lead the panel discussion on the effectiveness of diversity programs and policies for women and minorities.
