Blank Rome Partner William Finestone will be the guest speaker at the Sacramento Estate Planning Council (“SEPC”) October Meeting, taking place Wednesday, October 23, 2019, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., in Sacramento, California.
Bill’s presentation, “Charitable Pledges,” will review issues surrounding pledges by donors to make future contributions to charity and provide a state-by-state summary of the law relating to enforceability of pledges. Sample pledge agreements will be provided for discussion.
