9th Annual Philadelphia Diversity & Leadership Conference

Blank Rome Partner Christopher A. Lewis, who serves as the Firm’s chief officer of diversity and inclusion, and Partners Brian S. Paszamant and Mary T. Vidas will serve as speakers at the Pennsylvania Diversity Council’s 9th Annual Philadelphia Diversity & Leadership Conference. The conference will be held on Thursday, September 6, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue.

This annual event is held to educate and create local dialogue on diversity and inclusion and to celebrate the wide array of differences in our communities. This year’s theme is “Inclusion: The Source for Innovation” and the conference is centered on advancing knowledge of two main areas: Diversity and Leadership and will provide the opportunity to explore tools and resources necessary to build a diverse workforce and remain competitive on the global stage

Brian and Mary will speak on the panel “Leading with ‘Emotional Intelligence’” from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. and Chris’ panel, “Leadership:  Presence, Influence and Inspiration,” will take place from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Donna Brazile, Veteran Democratic Political Strategist, Founder and Managing Director of Brazile & Associates LLC, will deliver the keynote address at the Leadership Excellence Award Luncheon.
