Blank Rome Partner Lois J. Liberman will speak at the New York County Lawyers Association’s (“NYCLA”) 11th Art Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Institute, sponsored by NYCLA’s Art Law Committee.

The event will be held Friday, October 25, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in New York, New York, and brings together a diverse roster of speakers ranging from artists, art consultants, appraisers, members of the bench, bar, museums, art galleries, and auction houses, to government officials and members of nonprofit organizations to discuss the most relevant legal issues affecting the art world today.

Lois’ session, “The Art of Divorce: Art as Marital Property, Treatment of Art in Pre-nups, Valuation Issues, Division … and Beyond,” will take place from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
