Blank Rome represented Nocturne Luxury Villas, a portfolio company of Gladstone Investment Corporation, in its acquisitions of all of the issued and outstanding membership interests of Exclusive 30A Rentals, LLC, a leading villa rental management company operating along Florida’s scenic Highway 30A. The acquisition closed on August 31, 2023.
