Robyn N. Burrows Appointed to D.C. Bar's Government Contracts Steering Committee

Blank Rome is pleased to share that Robyn N. Burrows has been appointed to the D.C. Bar's Government Contracts Steering Committee. 

In this position, Robyn will provide strategic direction for the committee's projects and programs. She will plan and identify topics and speakers for events that will be available for all members of the D.C. Bar to learn and benefit from. The D.C. Bar was created by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals in 1972 to help enhance access to justice, improve the legal system, and empower lawyers to achieve. 

At Blank Rome, Robyn represents clients on a wide range of government contracts matters. She has experience preparing and negotiating complex claims and has litigated disputes before the boards of contract appeals and state and federal courts. Robyn has a particular focus on emerging supply chain and cybersecurity issues and has counseled numerous clients on Section 889 compliance. She also provides counseling on cost/pricing issues, domestic preferences, protection of contractor data and intellectual property, and suspension and debarment matters. Robyn has experience navigating clients through False Claims Act investigations and regularly assists clients in high value bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
