Blank Rome Welcomes New Corporate Associate Abby Morenigbade in Washington, D.C.

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Abimbola (“Abby”) M. Morenigbade has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C., office as an associate in the Corporate, M&A, and Securities practice group, which in 2026 has welcomed partners Sean P. Coyle, Vijay S. Choksi, Robert P. (“Bob”) Zinn, Megan A. Wotherspoon, and Nicole Islinger; of counsel Rachel Cheasty Sanders; and associates Caitlin M. Murphey and Richard J. Gauthier. Abby joins Blank Rome from Dechert LLP.

Abby advises registered investment companies and their independent directors and investment advisers on a wide range of regulatory, compliance, governance, and transactional matters under federal securities laws.

Abby also has an active pro bono practice, representing clients through a variety of Washington, D.C., nonprofit organizations.

Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Abby received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College.
