Rachel Cheasty Sanders advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions and corporate governance. Rachel has led complex transactions from initial structuring through post-closing and serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, boards, and investors. Rachel’s transactional background includes managing dozens of mergers and acquisitions ranging from early-stage deals to multibillion-dollar transactions. She regularly negotiates purchase agreements, coordinates multi-disciplinary due diligence teams, and handles carve-outs, spin-offs, pre-transaction restructurings, and multi-jurisdictional compliance matters.Prior to joining the firm, Rachel served as a senior corporate associate at an AmLaw 50 global law firm. While in law school, she served as research editor of the Penn State Law Review.
