Abimbola M. Morenigbade

Abimbola (“Abby”) M. Morenigbade focuses her practice on investment management matters. She advises registered investment companies and their independent directors and investment advisers on a wide range of regulatory, compliance, governance, and transactional matters under federal securities laws. In addition to her investment management practice, Abby regularly represents pro bono clients in a variety of matters.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Abby practiced at another global law firm. While in law school, she served as a legal intern with an international development organization, a Summer Honors intern in the Administrative and Regulatory Litigation Division of New York City Law Department, and was an SEO Law Fellow at another global firm.
