Blank Rome Partner Luke W. Meier was named a 2020 “Rising Star” in the practice area of Government Contracts by Law360.

This year’s “Rising Stars” list is composed of 176 attorneys under the age of 40 who hail from more than 80 law firms and span 38 practice areas. At Blank Rome, Luke is a seasoned litigator and counselor with wide-ranging experience in government procurement law. He represents contractors in contract disputes and claims, bid protests, and False Claims Act litigation. He also helps clients establish and refine internal controls, and provides strategic advice on a range of matters, including domestic sourcing requirements, personal and organizational conflicts of interest, and ethics policies and training. Prior to law school, Luke worked for a major defense contractor as an on-site consultant at the Department of Homeland Security’s Office for Domestic Preparedness.
