It’s been said many times that the winning side in litigation always has a better story, but how is that perfect narrative developed? This panel of seasoned trial attorneys will explore the power of narrative as a communication tool for lawyers. They will discuss the elements of a compelling narrative, how thorough factual investigation is critical to developing an effective narrative, and how to identify and use core narrative themes in depositions, discovery, and at trial.
