Jennifer’s session, “What’s Your Story? The Importance of Case Narrative Developed in Deposition and Discovery and Then Used at Trial,” will take place on Wednesday, January 17, from 10:15 to 11:00 a.m.
It’s been said many times that the winning side in litigation always has a better story, but how is that perfect narrative developed? This panel of seasoned trial attorneys will explore the power of narrative as a communication tool for lawyers. They will discuss the elements of a compelling narrative, how thorough factual investigation is critical to developing an effective narrative, and how to identify and use core narrative themes in depositions, discovery, and at trial.
