Casimir will serve as a panel moderator at the American Bar Association (“ABA”) Debarment & Suspension and Grant Law Committees joint meeting program, The Scope, Substance, and Procedure of “Covered Transactions” under the Nonprocurement Common Rule. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST (8:30 to 10:00 a.m. PST / 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CST) and presented as an online webinar.
The ABA Debarment & Suspension Committee reviews, analyzes, and provides comments with respect to legislative and regulatory measures relating to debarment and suspension of contractors and individuals.
The ABA Grant Law Committee’s goal is to improve the understanding of grant law at the federal, state, and local levels. The group is committed to the advancement of knowledge in the area of federal grant law; advancement of the existing body of federal and state grant law through enhanced uniformity, clarity, and equity of requirements; fostering of fair and effective oversight systems and dispute systems applicable to grant project performance; and integrity in the use and management of public funds.
