Blank Rome Partner Luke W. Meier will speak at Ethics and Professionalism in Government Contracts Practice, a colloquium presented by the Boards of Contract Appeals Bar Association (“BCABA”) and the Government Procurement Law Program of George Washington University Law School, being held Tuesday, December 3, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., in Washington, D.C. 

Luke’s panel, “Maintaining Professionalism in Government Contracts Practice,” will be the last of the day and take place from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 

This year’s program will focus on government ethics, attorney responsibility, and best practices in professional conduct and courtesy in dealings with other parties and the Boards of Contract Appeals. The keynote speaker will be Hon. Tom Davis who will provide some opening remarks and thoughts on the current state of the relationships between federal agencies and their contractors.
