Blank Rome partner Stephanie M. Harden will serve as a panel moderator for the American Bar Association’s Section of Public Contract Law Accounting, Cost and Pricing Committee Meeting presentation, “Inflation and Inflation-Related Guidance Impacts on Government Contracts,” on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. The meeting will be held from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. EDT at Blank Rome’s Washington, D.C. office, with a virtual option available.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Current high inflation poses many challenges to the U.S. economy and businesses, including government contractors. The Accounting, Cost, & Pricing Committee presents an informative discussion about recent inflation-related guidance and legislation and the current inflationary business environment impacting government contractors. Guidance released by the Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and in the FY 2023 National Defense Authorization Act will be covered along with the collective impacts on contractors currently performing and proposing government contracts.

Panelists include:
