Blank Rome partner Elizabeth N. Jochum will serve as moderator at the American Bar Association (“ABA”) Section of Public Contract Law Bid Protest Committee Meeting taking place Tuesday, January 17, 2023, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. The topic will be “Discovery in Bid Protests: Compiling the Record, Document Disputes, and Impacts on Venue Choice.”

ABOUT THE SESSION

An experienced panel of bid protest attorneys will discuss how agency reports and administrative records are compiled; how they are assessed, challenged, and litigated by protesters and intervenors; and how these issues can impact and be impacted by the protest venue.

The Bid Protest Committee provides timely information on developments and a forum for discussing significant issues involving the resolution of bid protests within the federal government, including the agencies, the Government Accountability Office, and judicial forums. It conducts ongoing studies on the efficacy of the system for resolving bid protest of federal agency procurements.
