Blank Rome partner Luke W. Meier, who serves as vice chair of the Bid Protest Committee of the American Bar Association’s Public Contract Law Section, will act as panel moderator at their Committee Meeting taking place Tuesday, July 18, 2023, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m., at our Washington, D.C., office. The Bid Protest Committee provides timely information on developments and a forum for discussing significant issues involving the resolution of bid protests within the federal government, including the agencies, the Government Accountability Office, and judicial forums. It conducts ongoing studies on the efficacy of the system for resolving bid protest of federal agency procurements.
