Blank Rome associate Alexander D. Newman will serve as a speaker for the Touro Law Center program “Cherished Liberty: 303 Creative v. Elenis, LGBTQ+ Discrimination, & NYS Human Rights Law,” taking place Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 12:45 to 1:35 p.m., at Touro Law Center in Central Islip, New York. ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Alexander will join Gabriella Larios from the New York Civil Liberties Union to discuss the 303 Creative v. Elenis U.S. Supreme Court decision from July 2023 and their work with the comparable New York Emilee Carpenter v. Letitia James case, and the influence of amicus briefs.
