Blockchain Technology in the Maritime Commercial Arena: Key Concepts and Current Trends

Blank Rome Maritime Partner Jeremy A. Herschaft will be a presenter at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP’s 30th Maritime Law Annual Seminar, taking place Friday, December 7, 2018, in Montréal, Canada.

In Jeremy’s session, “Blockchain Technology in the Maritime Commercial Arena: Key Concepts and Current Trends,” he will provide an overview of recent developments in the blockchain shipping realm.

In addition to Jeremy’s topic, this year’s seminar will offer insights into relevant legal developments impacting this industry, including anti-bribery and the differences between a Transport Canada inspection and investigation.
