Blank Rome partner Anthony Rapa and associate Michael Joseph Montalbano will present Basics of ITAR and CUI Compliance, part of the Society of Industrial Security Professionals’ NCMSLive virtual training series, on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. EST.
Anthony and Michael will cover the basics of compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and rules relating to Controlled Unclassified Information (“CUI”). Discussion topics will include an overview of the applicable legal regimes, legal requirements for the storage and compliant handling of ITAR-controlled technical data and CUI, and best practices for those with access to such information.
