Blank Rome partner Sean R. Weissbart will serve as a speaker for UJA-Federation of New York’s Annual Trusts & Estates CLE/CPE Event, being held in New York, New York, on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, from 5:45 to 8:00 p.m.
Sean and his co-presenters will provide a scaled-down version of the course they teach at NYU School of Law on international estate planning including transfer taxes, income tax rules relating to foreign trusts, and the implications of expatriation.
The program will also include a New York legislative update and an update on UJA’s work confronting persistent poverty and hunger, combating escalating antisemitism, and helping Ukrainian refugees acclimate to a new life.
