Blank Rome partner Elizabeth N. Jochum will serve as panelist at the American Bar Association (“ABA”) Section of Public Contract Law Bid Protest Committee Meeting taking place Tuesday, September 26, 2023, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. The meeting is hosted by Blank Rome at our Washington, D.C., office and will include the committee’s “Annual ‘Back to School’ Panel.”

ABOUT THE MEETING

Panelists will discuss important bid protest decisions and developments that have occurred over the summer. Elizabeth, who is a Bid Protest Committee vice chair, will join the committee chairs and other vice-chairs after the panel discussion to plan programming for the 2023–24 ABA year.

ABOUT THE PUBLIC CONTRACT LAW BID PROTEST COMMITTEE

The Bid Protest Committee provides timely information on developments and a forum for discussing significant issues involving the resolution of bid protests within the federal government, including the agencies, the Government Accountability Office, and judicial forums. It conducts ongoing studies on the efficacy of the system for resolving bid protest of federal agency procurements.
