Agile by Design: Rethinking Law Firm Staffing Models

Blank Rome Chief Innovation & Value Officer Linda M. Novosel will be a speaker at Thomson Reuters Legal Executive Institute’s 18th Annual Law Firm COO & CFO Forum, being held October 24 and 25, 2019, in New York, New York.

Linda’s session, “Agile by Design: Rethinking Law Firm Staffing Models,” will take place on Thursday, October 24, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. The panel will discuss innovative ways firms are reimagining their legal and professional people strategy in order to remain agile and competitive in the market.

Keynote speakers for the event will be William Dudley, President & CEO of The Federal Reserve Bank of New York (2009-2018), and William Pietersen, Professor, The Practice of Management, Columbia Business School.
