A Blank Rome team served as legal counsel to Victor Capital Partners (“Victor”), a leading middle-market private equity firm that partners with branded businesses in the specialty consumer, industrial technology, and business services sectors, in connection with Victor’s creation of a national platform focused on the security services sector. This platform, which will introduce a new brand to the industry in 2026, recently acquired four highly respected regional security companies that provide manned guarding services; patrol, alarm, and video monitoring; investigations; background checks; and executive protection to corporate customers, commercial property managers, public utilities, municipal governments, and residential communities.
