Jonathan Keen concentrates his practice on corporate, mergers and acquisitions (“M&amp;A”), and securities matters.Jonathan has extensive experience with M&amp;A and corporate transactions, including drafting and negotiating asset and stock purchase agreements, merger agreements, and other transaction documents in public and private company mergers and acquisitions; representing NYSE and NASDAQ-listed companies in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities; and preparing SEC filings for NYSE and NASDAQ-listed companies. Jonathan’s practice also includes counseling clients on a wide variety of corporate governance and regulatory matters.Prior to joining Blank Rome, Jonathan practiced as a transactional attorney in the Los Angeles office of a global law firm. He is a certified public accountant in the State of California and previously worked as an accountant for Ernst &amp; Young LLP.
