Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Molly K. O’Neil has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as an associate in the Energy, Environment, and Mass Torts practice group. Molly joins Blank Rome from Greenberg Traurig LLP.
Molly’s practice focuses on environmental issues arising in real estate and corporate transactions, including environmental due diligence, allocation of environmental risks and liabilities, and compliance with federal and state regulatory regimes. In addition to transactional environmental work, Molly has supported clients in navigating complex chemical regulatory frameworks, including compliance strategies involving the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (“FIFRA”), Toxic Substances Control Act (“TSCA”), California Proposition 65, and the European Union’s Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (“REACH”) regulations.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Molly received her J.D. from Villanova University, Charles Widger School of Law, and her B.A. from Villanova University. Molly previously served as a judicial fellow to the Honorable Mark A. Kearney and a judicial intern to the Honorable Elizabeth T. Hey at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
