On July 1, 2025, Blank Rome closed three transactions in quick succession for Northwinds Services Group, a portfolio company of TruArc Capital Partners. Including these closings, Blank Rome has represented Northwinds as lead counsel in 15 successful acquisitions since 2022. The July 1 transactions expanded Northwinds’ presence to Northern Virginia and Northern Maryland and in upstate New York.
