A Blank Rome team represented Thornton Carpet, LLC (“Thornton Flooring”), a portfolio company of New York-based private equity firm ZS Fund L.P., in its acquisition of Carpetland U.S.A. of Davenport, Inc. and affiliates, a leading regional flooring provider with nine locations across Illinois and Iowa. The acquisition expands Thornton Flooring’s footprint to 12 locations serving markets from eastern Wyoming to western Illinois. The transaction closed on May 1, 2026.
