A Blank Rome team represented SHF, Inc., an affiliate of Harbour Group Industries, Inc., in its acquisition of American Packing & Gasket Holdings, LLC, a Texas-based master distributor of sealing and fluid conveyance products, including O-rings, gaskets, and couplings. The transaction closed in July 2026.
