Biography
Neil P. McMillan concentrates his practice on a wide range of maritime and international trade matters.
Neil previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining the firm, Neil served as law fellow at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and a legal intern at a law firm based in New York. Neil also served as a department head and a division officer in the United States Navy. During his time as a surface warfare officer in the Navy, he developed focused skills as both a deck officer and engineer.
During law school, Neil served as a staff member for the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
