Natalie M. Radabaugh

Natalie Radabaugh concentrates her practice on maritime transactions, corporate governance, and ship financing matters. Natalie assists clients in negotiating and structuring transactions under U.S. and foreign laws, such as:

• Vessel secured financings (including vessel construction and acquisition financing)
• Vessel lease financings
• Ship purchases and sales
• Vessel charters (including bareboat charters, time charters, etc.)
• Maritime M&A transactions and joint ventures involving vessels or other marine assets
• Maritime bankruptcies and restructurings
• Coast Guard and Maritime Administration documentation and regulatory issues
• Project financing transactions for newbuild vessels
• Corporate governance and structure issues for domestic and foreign companies

Natalie previously held roles as a trial team extern for the U.S. Navy, Judge Advocate General’s Corps; law intern for the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, Office of Chief Counsel; and legal assistant and department team lead for a default litigation law firm. 

During law school, Natalie served as a senior managing editor of the International Law in Domestic Courts Journal and was a member of the National Security Law Association.
