Blank Rome represented a portfolio company of Harbour Group Industries, Inc., in negotiations related to its business relationship with Trelltex, Inc. d/b/a Texcel, a Texas-based leading branded supplier of premium quality industrial hoses, fluid sealing, and hydraulic products and services. The transaction closed on December 1, 2023.
