Brock Wittmeyer concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate and business matters, with a focus on advising public and private companies, nonprofit organizations, and emerging businesses throughout all stages of the business lifecycle. Prior to joining Blank Rome, Brock gained experience advising clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters, developing a practical understanding of the legal and commercial considerations that drive successful business outcomes.
