Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Kaitlyn E. Toth has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as an associate in the Government Contracts group. Kaitlyn joins Blank Rome from Baker Hostelter, LLP.

Kaitlyn focuses on government contracts counseling, compliance, and litigation. She advises contractors on bid protests, claims, and compliance matters before agencies, boards, the Government Accountability Office, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, across contract vehicles including definitive contracts, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (“IDIQ”) contracts, blanket purchase agreements, Other Transaction Authority Agreements, and Federal Supply Schedule contracts.

Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland, Kaitlyn received her J.D., magna cum laude, from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, and her B.A. from Ohio State University. While in law school, Kaitlyn worked as a summer associate and law clerk at a national law firm and served as a member of The Catholic University Law Review.
