About Kaitlyn E. Toth

Kaitlyn focuses her practice on government contracts counseling, compliance, and litigation. She has experience assisting contractors with bid protests and claims before agencies, the Office of Hearings and Appeals, the Board of Contract Appeals, the Government Accountability Office, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

An important aspect of Kaitlyn’s practice is advising contractors on compliance across various contract vehicles, including definitive contracts, IDIQ contracts, BPAs, OTA agreements, and Federal Supply Schedule contracts. Her experience also includes internal investigations and voluntary disclosures to government agencies including the Department of Justice, Defense Logistics Agency, and Small Business Administration to help mitigate suspension, debarment, and False Claims Act risks.

Before joining the firm, Kaitlyn was a Government Contracts associate at a national law firm, where she previously served as a summer associate and law clerk while in law school. She was also a member of The Catholic University Law Review.
