Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Rachel Cheasty Sanders has joined the firm’s Pittsburgh office as an of counsel in the Corporate, M&A, and Securities practice group, reuniting with partners Robert P. (“Bob”) Zinn and Megan A. Wotherspoon, who joined the firm in February. Rachel joins Blank Rome from K&L Gates, LLP.
Rachel advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions and corporate governance. Rachel has led complex transactions from initial structuring through post-closing and serves as a trusted adviser to business leaders, boards, and investors.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Rachel received her J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, and her B.S., magna cum laude, from Austin Peay State University. Rachel serves as a member of the Allegheny Bar Association and the National Association of Women Lawyers. While in law school, she served as research editor of the Penn State Law Review.
