(“Bob”) Zinn</a> and <a href="/people/megan-a-wotherspoon/" id="38719">Megan A. Wotherspoon</a>, who joined the firm in <a href="https://www.blankrome.com/news/blank-rome-expands-pittsburgh-addition-leading-corporate-and-ma-partners-bob-zinn-and-megan">February</a>. Rachel joins Blank Rome from K&amp;L Gates, LLP.

Rachel advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions and corporate governance. Rachel has led complex transactions from initial structuring through post-closing and serves as a trusted adviser to business leaders, boards, and investors.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Rachel received her J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, and her B.S.,&nbsp;magna cum laude, from Austin Peay State University. Rachel serves as a member of the Allegheny Bar Association and the National Association of Women Lawyers. While in law school, she served as research editor of the&nbsp;Penn State Law Review.
