Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that W. Connor McRory has joined the firm’s Philadelphia office as an associate in the Corporate, M&A, and Securities group. Connor's arrival further strengthens the firm's Corporate group, which has added 11 attorneys this year, including five partners, one of counsel, and five associates. Connor joins Blank Rome from WilmerHale LLP.

Connor advises public and private companies and institutional investors on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, corporate governance, and securities law.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, Connor received his J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, and his B.A. from Fordham University. During law school, Connor served as a judicial extern for the Honorable James L. Garrity, Jr. of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, and as an intern for the New York Legal Assistance Group and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s Office of the General Counsel.
