About W. Connor McRory
Connor McRory concentrates his practice on corporate, M&A, and securities matters.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Connor practiced in the New York office of an international law firm.
During law school, Connor served as a judicial extern for the Honorable James L. Garrity, Jr. of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, and as an intern for the New York Legal Assistance Group and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s Office of the General Counsel. He also served as an executive notes and comments editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law.
Before law school, Connor worked as a paralegal at a real estate litigation boutique and interned in the legal department of an investment management firm.
