A Blank Rome team represented ZS Fund L.P., a private equity firm and majority owner of Transervice Logistics, in an acquisition of Lily Transportation, a leading provider of dedicated contract carriage services based in Needham, Massachusetts, by a ZS Fund L.P.-managed affiliate.&nbsp;Transervice Logistics provides dedicated contract carriage, contract maintenance, full-service leasing, and freight brokerage services, and following the transaction, Transervice Logistics and Lily Transportation, combined, will operate in more than 185 locations across North America. The transaction closed on June 29, 2023.
