Blank Rome represented Magna5 MS LLC, NewSpring Holdings’ managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud-based services platform, in its acquisition of substantially all the assets of Advanced Network Systems, Inc., a Virginia-based cybersecurity and managed IT services company. The transaction closed on October 2, 2023. This is the second acquisition into Magna5’s platform in the last nine months. Blank Rome previously represented Magna5 in its acquisition of the U.S. operations of Apogee IT Services, LLC, a managed IT and cybersecurity services provider with operations based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Boston, Massachusetts.
