A Blank Rome team represented an affiliate of ZS Fund L.P., a New York-based private equity firm, in its acquisition of Thornton Carpet, LLC, a leading regional provider of flooring products, countertops, cabinets, and installation services based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The transaction closed on May 15, 2025.
