A Blank Rome team represented Magna5 MS, LLC (“Magna5”), NewSpring Holdings’ managed information technology (“IT”), cybersecurity, and cloud-based services platform, in its acquisition of substantially all the assets of ThreatAdvice, an Alabama- and Georgia-based managed IT services and cybersecurity provider. The transaction closed on November 15, 2024.
This is the second acquisition into Magna5’s platform in the last three months. Blank Rome previously represented Magna5 in its acquisition of substantially all the assets of Oceanview Consulting Group LLC (dba FullScope IT), a managed IT services provider with operations in Maryland, Virginia, New York, and Arizona.
