A Blank Rome team represented Americo Chemical Products, which is majority-owned by an affiliate of Harbour Group Industries, Inc., in its recent acquisition of Fusion Chemical LLC, an Indiana-based leading manufacturer of specialty metalworking fluids designed for high performance results and low environmental impact. The acquisition closed on November 17, 2025.
