Blank Rome Represents BTS Inc. in Its Acquisition of The Boda Group
A Blank Rome team represented BTS Inc., a leading global strategy implementation firm, in closing its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of the North American executive coaching company, The Boda Group, LLC, which services clients in the technology, life sciences, financial, and professional services spaces.
The acquisition was announced on May 2, 2023, and includes an initial cash consideration as well as an issue of new BTS shares representing a value of $600,000.
