Sarah Frazier focuses her practice on the representation of financial institutions, private equity funds, other credit providers, and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured transactions, including syndicated lending, acquisition financing, oil and gas secured financings, note purchase and sale transactions, and the workout and restructuring of credit facilities.In 2010, she served as an intern for the Honorable Laura Carter Higley, First Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas. During law school, Sarah served as a member of the Texas Tech Law Review and was a Board of Regents Scholar.
