Ryan H. Fateh

Ryan H. Fateh focuses his practice on hospitality, mixed-use, and commercial real estate matters. He advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development transactions, guiding due diligence, deal structuring, and closings. He drafts, negotiates, and finalizes hotel management, franchise, branding, operating, and joint venture agreements. Ryan also handles ground-up development and redevelopment matters, including environmental, title, and survey diligence; entitlements; and land-use strategy, while coordinating with design, construction, and operating teams during development planning.

He represents global financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and hotel operators, and has coordinated cross-border diligence spanning title, survey, zoning, and closing deliverables across U.S. and foreign jurisdictions.

Before joining the firm, Ryan practiced real estate law at regional and international firms in Los Angeles, as well as at boutique and national firms in New York. While earning his master’s degree, he completed a real estate and development placement with a boutique hospitality development company and worked as an associate at a real estate investment firm.
