Molly M. Gallagher

Molly M. Gallagher focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters, bringing experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including affiliation agreements, term sheets, management agreements, and asset purchase and settlement agreements involving acquisition of business assets and service lines. She also advises on regulatory compliance matters, including monitoring enforcement trends under the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act, counseling leadership on structuring compliance business relationships and incentive programs, and advising on licensure, scope of practice, and privacy and confidentiality issues, including in her role as a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) Privacy Officer designee.

Prior to joining the firm, Molly served as associate counsel at an Illinois-based behavioral health organization.

While attending law school, she served as an intern at a regional law firm in Illinois.
