Megan A. Altobelli is an experienced litigator with a focus on complex commercial litigation. Megan’s practice spans breach of contract, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, product liability, and employment-related claims, including non-compete and non-solicitation matters.Known for her strategic thinking and courtroom presence, Megan has secured victories as both lead and second-chair counsel in arbitrations and trials.Megan represents a diverse range of clients, including financial institutions, hedge funds, oil and gas operators, real estate developers, and Fortune 50 companies, in high-stakes disputes across state and federal courts, bankruptcy courts, and arbitration forums.Before joining the firm, Megan practiced at a litigation firm, as well as several prominent Dallas-based boutique law firms. While in law school, Megan served as a law clerk at a Dallas-based litigation firm and for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also served as the senior editor for the UNT Law Review.
